POTTERY
We offer a wide range of different courses and one off workshops including traditional Potter’s Wheel, Raku and hand-building with clay, all require booking. All courses are tailored to support individuals to learn and experience their own journey with this medium.
PAINT YOUR OWN
We have over 400 pieces to choose from, starting at £5. You choose an item, paint, then leave it with us to fire in the kiln. There is no studio fee so the price you pay is for your finished piece. We welcome drop-ins but we do advise customers to book where possible.
Group Bookings and Private Hire
If you would like a private party this is £150 for sole use of the Paint Your Own Studio and £15 minimum spend per person. You would be welcome to bring party food or light refreshments.
If you have a small group you are welcome to reserve a table for paint your own pottery but no food is allowed.
We also take private group bookings for any of our clay building workshops, please call or email us for further information.
Gift Tokens
We have vouchers and ceramic tokens available for different amounts starting at £10, as well as for a specific workshop or experience. These can be purchased at the pottery or posted to you for a small fee. Gift tokens are valid for one year and can be redeemed for one off workshops, courses, experiences, takeaway kits and in the paint your own studio.
The Studio is in an old coach house and Grade 2 listed building, This makes it cosy and delightful but does mean at busy times we are limited for extra space for pushchairs and prams. This is not a problem in the Summer months as we have extra covered seating and space.
As we offer many different clay activities and experiences, not just pottery painting, you may sometimes have to wait for firing times. We are keen to reunite your beautiful pieces with you as soon as the kiln allows and ask for your patience and understanding.
